IMMIGRATION CONSULTING

Phill J. Comeaux your Immigration Consultant

Immigration consultants deal with people who are relocating, locally, nationally, and internationally from one country to another. Our work mainly involves assisting immigrants in filling out forms needed to live and operate legally. Chameleon Mobile Notary Immigration consultant is not an attorney, therefore cannot give legal advice but only assist in the filling out of forms and applications immigrants need to file.  If you have a complex legal issue, please seek legal advice from a licensed attorney.

Completing immigration papers can be a complex task---especially if the paperwork is not in your (immigrant) native language. Immigration Consultants can only provide self-help legal services at the client's (immigrant) direction.

The legal system is very complex, rule-driven and expensive. The need for qualified non-attorneys to assist the public with common legal matters has risen steadily in the past few years.

I can assist with filing immigration forms (Citizenship, Green Cards, Visas, K-1 Fiance Visa, CR-1 Spousal Visa, Adjustment of Status via Family Petition, Adjustment of Status via Family Petition, Deferred Action and Naturalization - Citizenship ) of the application process.

However, immigration attorneys generally charge high consultation fees, which is something immigration consultants benefit from. If an individual needs help with filling out the immigration application, and the price between a lawyer and a consultant is hundreds or even thousands of dollars, the individual may be more likely and chose the consultant.

Consultants can promote their immigration service’s the same way as immigration lawyers do but benefit from the overall high price level in the industry.

While it is easy to argue that some think it is better to let an immigration lawyer handle your file despite the higher consultation and handling fees, however knowledgeable immigration consultants can save you a lot of time and money, in filling out immigration forms and applications.
